Xodiac is a Toronto-based business transformation consultancy and Gold Partner of the OKR Institute, serving all of North America. We help leadership teams translate strategic intent into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and focused execution.

Our OKR work spans organizations ranging from entrepreneurial teams and growing businesses to complex global enterprises. We have supported executives, technology leaders, delivery teams, internal coaches, and cross-functional groups in sectors including financial services, insurance, technology, professional services, and social impact.

Xodiac’s approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real organizational conditions. We do not treat OKRs as an administrative exercise or attempt to apply them to everything. We help clients identify where OKRs will create the greatest value—particularly where strategic importance, investment, uncertainty, or cross-functional dependency is high.

Our engagements may include executive alignment, OKR practitioner training, facilitated OKR-writing workshops, implementation planning, team and leadership coaching, metrics design, and ongoing support through early OKR cycles. Our Certified OKR Practitioner Training Course is accredited by the OKR Institute and prepares participants to implement OKRs effectively in their own organizations.

Our methodology

We begin by understanding the organization’s strategy, operating environment, existing measures, and desired outcomes. From there, we help leaders and teams:

Write clear objectives and measurable key results
Connect OKRs appropriately with operational KPIs
Align teams without creating rigid cascading hierarchies
Preserve team autonomy while strengthening accountability

Pilot and expand OKRs at a pace the organization can support

Our workshops combine concise instruction with hands-on facilitation. Participants learn by working on their own strategic priorities and leave with usable OKRs, agreed progress measures, and a shared understanding of what happens next.
