COURSE DESCRIPTION

OKRI conducts a total of 10 live sessions (each lasting 1.5 hours), one session every week. The Leadership Course also includes the OKR Practitioner Course. Participants will get access to the e-learning modules and online certification exams.

OKRs do not achieve themselves. Effective Leadership management and teamwork excellence are required to achieve challenging OKRs.
Within this volatile and challenging business environment that we operate within, “speed to market” and “speed of execution” are of the utmost importance. OKRs do not only support the speed of execution but also the quality thereof.

OKR is an effective goal-setting framework that requires strong leadership and a growth culture to be sustainable and successful. It is very important to set effective OKRs, yet they mean nothing if execution is poor or non-existent. This highly practical OKR leadership course teaches you how to lead your team toward OKR execution and realize the company’s vision, mission, and strategies.

The engagement levels of team members and the ability to communicate effectively (communication with a return on investment) during check-ins, meetings, and coaching are critical elements of OKR success, and our practically orientated OKR leader course will support you in coaching team members toward success.

•  Have good knowledge of OKRs – Attended the OKR Practitioner course and passed the exam or have practical experience with OKRs.

Our Certified OKR Practitioner & Leadership Course will prepare you for the Certified OKR Professional. We will provide you with the Supervision needed to complete your accreditation application successfully. Upon completing our Certified OKR Professional, you will be able to submit your application for accreditation.
