OKR PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION (C-OKRP®)
This OKR Practitioner Course starts with the first live session (1.5h each session via zoom with max. 5 participants). A google invite, including a zoom link, will be sent to participants for each live session.
OKRI conducts 5 live sessions for this course, one session every week. The Participants will get access to the e-learning modules and online certification exam.
This course comprises the knowledge of the Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) framework methodologies and is based on best practices from real business environments and case studies. Learn how to deploy OKRs successfully in your organization or for your clients.
The OKR Coach will present all proven international agile OKR methods to you so you can master all pitfalls as an OKR Champion to align teams successfully and team members and execute your strategies most effectively and sustainably.

If you cannot attend a live session, recordings are shared with all registered participants within 48 hours. For questions about cancellations or transfers, please contact us at hello@okrinstitute.org — we review each request individually.
Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email hello@okrinstitute.org with your company details.
The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.
Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.
After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.
In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
