COURSE DESCRIPTION


The Certified Chief OKR Officer (C-COKRO®) is an advanced implementation mastery program designed to equip professionals with the expertise to lead and scale successful OKR (Objectives & Key Results) implementations across an entire organization. This certification represents the pinnacle of OKR leadership, preparing you to drive strategic alignment, foster a performance culture, and champion OKR adoption at the highest levels. The program is delivered over 14 weeks with 25 hours of learning across 14 live sessions and a self-paced LMS, blending real-time facilitation with practical, on-the-job application every step of the way.

    If you cannot attend a live session, recordings are shared with all registered participants within 48 hours. For questions about cancellations or transfers, please contact us at hello@okrinstitute.org — we review each request individually.

    Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email hello@okrinstitute.org with your company details.

    The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.

    Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.

    After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.

    In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
