OKR Practitioner | C-OKRP® | MIRO

Th[is] makes your online OKR Certification interactive! You will collaborate on a MIRO board. Combined with breakout sessions you are in for high level engagement. 

This special training format is facilitated by 2 OKR Program Consultants to give you a smooth experience combined with a steep learning curve. 

This training is tailored in 3 session of 3,5 hours. You will sign up for the Starting date first session. The second and third session blocks will be agreed upon with you class.


Become a certified OKR Practitioner

As a certified OKR Practitioner you will be able to help your organization achieve sustainable implementation of OKRs. The OKR method provides consensus and clear communication about strategy and objectives. It brings focus and creates autonomy that leads to a result-oriented corporate culture that fosters teamwork.

Defining challenging Objectives and Key Results may seem simple but requires practice and a good understanding of the underlying theory to achieve successful implementation. All these elements are covered in this training where theory and practice are combined.

This training is supported by an online E-learning environment. Here you will find the complete training, supported by videos and the online exam (including 2 attempts).

If you cannot attend a live session, recordings are shared with all registered participants within 48 hours. For questions about cancellations or transfers, please contact us at hello@okrinstitute.org — we review each request individually.

Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email hello@okrinstitute.org with your company details.

The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.

Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.

After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.

In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
