Eight years ago I used to work as the Head of the operations department in a large bank where the agile transformation was initiated. It was a new, completely different approach to work that I became interested in: no bureaucracy, annual planning, and individual KPI. I studied and switched the field of work becoming a Scrum Master. Starting with just three teams, I now transform entire organizations. As a Agile Consultant I help both startups and big corporations focusing on creating effective teams, changing organizational design, goal-setting and modern approaches to management. I'm the co-founder of starlingcuttlefish.com. We help businesses become lean as starlings & nimble as a cuttlefish.

Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email hello@okrinstitute.org with your company details.
The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.
Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.
After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.
In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
